Delivery times

As every piece is individually prepared and finished for each customer our average delivery time is 2 to 5 weeks from the date of purchase.

During particularly busy periods delivery can take up to 8 weeks. We will always keep you updated and aim to deliver your furniture as soon as possible.

Delivery service

Where possible we personally deliver your furniture using our own vehicles. This allows us to take great care when handling and transporting your piece.

Depending on your location and our availability we may also use a trusted specialist furniture courier.

We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date before your furniture is dispatched.

Delivery charges

England & Wales: £40 flat rate

Scotland: £85 flat rate

Payment for delivery

Delivery can be paid before delivery or during or after your delivery.

We accept a range of payment methods to make this as easy as possible for you.

Delivery access

Customers are responsible for ensuring there is suitable access for the furniture and our delivery vehicle.

Please let us know before ordering if there are any access restrictions such as narrow entrances restricted roads stairs or other circumstances that may affect delivery.

We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable access requirements.
